About this Job:
At Recytyre, the Retail Coordinator plays a very important
role in managing the relationships with all the collection
points.
Retail Coordinator have a daily task of supervising the team
of "Evangelists" and overseeing how end of life tyres are managed
at the point of sale.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising end of life tyre (ELT) management on collection
points for compliance with environmental regulations and Recytyre
standards
- Coordinate collection point visits and report
- Marketing and promoting the Recytyre system
- Resolving customer complaints and queries
- Help during recruitment, provide training, appraising and
supervising staff
- Hitting targets, maximizing efficiency and optimize
costs
- Planning and budget management
Requirements:
- The ability to lead and motivate a team with confidence,
drive and enthusiasm
- A strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with a great eye for
detail
- The ability to comprehend and analyze figures
- Ability to represent the company to the public
- Retail Coordinator may also have to deal with human
resources, logistics, customer service, information technology as
well as finance.
