Financial Controller

About this Job:
Recytyre is looking for a Financial Controller who can be a
key contributor in a fast evolving organization. To take this
challenge, we need an expert to support the management in the
steering process of the company. This person must have the proven
ability to think global but also to get into the day to day
details.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of outsourced accounting (coding documents,
recording limited number of documents, monthly and yearly
closes)
- Personnel administration and employee on boarding
- Product database management and maintenance, fee
calculation, budgeting
- Detailed forecasting
- Build relationships, sustained values & savings
- Operations: pay operational suppliers, pay collectors,
process audit results
- Cash management, controlling, budgeting and accounting
- Setup case handling procedures and help working on
improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Accountancy or equivalent (option
controlling)
- 3 years or more experience in a small or medium sized
finance department or company
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Goodies:
- Experience in tyre sector
- Experience with VENICE accounting package or
equivalent
